The butterfly broke off of the screw top upon first use. I Immediately emailed customer service support. Have sent two additional emails and still no response. I absolutely loved the bottle till it broke and the smell is wonderful however with this happening and the butterfly, dabber and screw part all being broken I can see how this is probably going to happen to most all the bottles. The pieces probably should have been all one piece whatever glue was used to connect the two is not good. I was immensely excited to purchase the bottle, a first ever splurge on something for myself, and now know never to spend that kind of money on myself ever again. I wish I had a better review to write

Arrived broken. Butterfly off of the lid, several chips in the crystal of the vial. Unable to open and this was very expensive. No damage to package, seems like lid just came unglued. Extremely disappointed based on cost of the item. My wife absolutely loves Dolly and this was supposed to be a very special gift.
