How to use
To preserve the delicate, handcrafted design of your Crystal Edition Parfum:
1. Carefully lift the bottle from its base.
2. Turn the butterfly cap counter-clockwise, keeping the glass rod straight as you remove it.
3. Dab the rod lightly onto pulse points, or wherever desired.
4. Keep the glass rod straight when you reinsert it. Once the cap rests evenly, turn clockwise to close.
5. Store the bottle in its base, never loosely in a handbag or luggage.

My boyfriend bought this for me as a special gift.I could hear the bottle rattling and knew it was bad. The perfume also seemed a little bit discolored or old.
I was so excited to have this in my collection, but I see this has happened to a lot of people. Also the rhinestones were worse than the dollar store. They were like crystallized and so cheap falling off all over the bottle itself was so scratched up. They definitely sent me an old one that was already broken. The butterfly had glue and rust on it like it had been glued back already. I also received number 490 and ordered end of August and someone else ordered the same time and got number 1333 in the reviews so it seems they are very out of order
I thought coming from Dolly‘s team they would care more and it would be a quality product. She would have definitely demanded my money back. And redo the collection this is a disgrace to her name. They don’t want to send refund only another terrible quality bottle. I really hope you guys resolve this.

Terrible customer service. The price is outrageous for the tiny amount that you get. When I tried to cancel, because I didn’t realize how small of an amount, before I ordered, I was given the runaround. I was just lucky to have been able to intercept the pkg. once it shipped, and had it returned to sender, before reaching my destination. I will NEVER order anything else from this company. I don’t even think that sweet Dolly Parton, would have sold this for $500.00!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!
