How to use
For everyday even coverage, apply from root to tip of your lashes.
For that signature volume, add more coats, concentrating on the roots and wiggling the wand from side to side as you near the tips of your lashes.

Not quality I thought it'd be
I love Dolly and I honestly thought if her name was on the cosmetics, they would be superior. I like my too faced mascara much better. The too faced lengthens my lashes and makes them look fuller. The Dolly mascara is very basic. The eyeliner pencil won't roll up...so all I can use is the tip. Very disappointed.
