I haven't opened it yet because it is a gift. I was very impressed with the shipping. The boxed item was wrapped very well in a protective wrap and put in the cardboard mailing box. This wrap was apparently a good cushion. No breakage. I wish other companies used the same wrapping.

I loved the care that was put into the packaging on the shipping end, and the products end. The bottle was so pretty and so Dolly! The lipstick presentation was beautiful as well although it took me a sec to figure out how to open. I was a little nervous since it's a pretty affordable eau de toilette, and makeup product but I was very happy with the products I purchased.
