We currently ship to the United States. Most orders ship within 2 business days and will take 2-8 business days to deliver. We can only accept returns for unused items in their original packaging, up to 30 days after you make your purchase.
The lids, butterflies and bottle were all out of place and off the bottle that was out of place. The product is BEAUTIFUL. Shipping is the challenge.
